I have recently started playing A20 after taking a break from 7D2D and have ran into an issue where the game "skips" frames every second or so, my frames do not drop (Regularly get over 120 frames per second).
Steps I have tried with other people in order to remedy this problem:
Upped the VRAM that I have to 16k min - 65k max (This fixed the problem with RAM that I was having)
Did a clean install of 7D2D completely
Changed settings to low everything
Disabled dynamic mesh + dynamic music
Ran a storage check / health and found no problems
Disabled everything reflection + sun shaft related
Ran memcl multiple times
Tried with smaller maps
Tried offline steam mode
Tried going back to A19 and still having the problems
