And when i try to download the mod through the launcher it says failed to download

When trying to enter my server with mod installed it keeps saying treetallgrassdiagonal not found, and i cant load into server, my friend has to problem loading in.

Does this mod cause lag on dedi servers? I know bandits and nocs do, so i would disable thoughs.
