  1. Dont consider your point of view on the game as being a factual reference. Where you observe a ''problem'' isnt an issue for someone else. Its absolutely inaccurate to say crafting is useless because of the potential loot you get in that biome, as far as im concerned. Its not because it gives the highest loot bonus that everything level 6 falls in your hands from the heavens... You just play on Insane difficulty as i do to realize quite fast that 1) you definitely can't tackle on the Wasteland early on, and this is without feral sense being active, and 2) you realize that since you can't handle the hell that is this biome, you'll have to craft stuff by gathering resources and leveling up your skills in another biome in order to be ready for it.
  2. I don't get you pal. You complain about a feature that does exactly what it's supposed to do. I dunno, it's like you expose yourself to rain and then complain you're wet and soaked. 🀷 Cities, whatever the biome, always have a higher spawn rate and count of zombies. The Wasteland has the highest of those, of all biomes. This was requested, actually. And then you have Feral Sense on. What were you actually expecting? It's simply the toughest biome. I guess your just bored being in end-game. I do loot runs in the Wasteland at Day 12 right now. I don't have Feral Sense on, but I play on Insane and I self-imposed a challenge of not using any melee weapons whatsoever. Im glad I didn't turn Feral on cuz it's pure @%$#ing hell. But I'm having a lot of fun! So I guess your situation is just peculiar. Maybe it's time to start another game with other settings and restrictions you put on yourself?

The guy thinks he knows how to handle a game, that is not is own creation, better than the developers themselves... because he has lots of hours of play on it. πŸ˜† I stopped reading when he said something about no real content was added, and that includes "slight changes" to POIs. Ok so he means that +140 new POIs, and more being added and worked on, isn't substantial content? Wow. Mind blowing. He just confirmed he doesn't know what he's talking about. At all. People sometimes complain that developers don't listen to their communities of players enough. There's legitimate reasons why and this guy is one of them. Fun Pimps, don't listen to those clueless people who take their opinions for facts and intent to dictate and lecture you about your creative and production process. I would dare advance that the vast majority of players understand that this game is still in developement and that content isn't yet fully integrated, as well as technical adjustments and improvements. Thank you for your hard work.
  5. @Naz There could be a way to circumvent the long runway issue. You build the main airport facilities (assuming we're still talking about a local, single-runway airport and not international-type) on the largest tile available (or maybe a compound of tiles). Control tower, a terminal, a hangar. But you don't put the runway on the tiles. Instead, you program the RWG process to include the airport tiles by the side of a normal portion of road, that would actually imitate the runway. But that's just technically speaking. As I think about it, a small local airport would just be another commercial/industrial POI but with planes. I'd still be interested, but if we'd ever have an airport in the game, the only kind that would really be appealing and bound to make a difference would be an international size one. Maybe not like JFK, Hartfields-Jackson or O'Hare, but maybe LaGuardia? But anyways, it goes back to what we were saying that it would be to big and waste of space. Btw, your POIs are @%$#ing phenomenal! Kudos to you sir πŸ‘
  6. Adding to the technical issues this could bring, MadMole got a point, even if I'd love to have an airport added myself. But an international-type of airport would indeed be a huge waste of space because there would be nothing on the runways. Yeah of course you could add a crashed airplane (with probably nothing to loot anyways since it would be completely destroyed), but we would still be facing performance issues for the return we would get. A local airport though, that could be nice, pretty much like what already exists in the CompoPack.
  7. Girls with big jugs have the right to be represented as much as any other size. The name's The Fun Pimps and one of their trademarks is the sexual innuendo all over Navezgane. Many of the shops names are very suggestive (Carpets Munchez, Dicks) and there's now a second stripclub, after we saw the Boobie Trap. Jen is also a model of inclusivity since she'll flirt with you whatever is the sex of your character. So she's at least bi. Rekt's probably a closet ace since its absolutely impossible to not wanna bang anyone in the apocalypse, at all. He just hates everyone, so he probably doesn't even feel the need to get some. There ya go. 7DTD has nothing offensive at all.
  8. I hope the Pimps never listen to such annoying YouTubers like this [YouTuber] and push the game design further to pump up the challenge. The Pimps are not worse than any other developer and they don't think cheesing their game is the way to go. That's perfectly legitimate, id do the same. If they don't like what they're seeing, they will change things because if their game and they'll tailor it the way they want it. TC displays the most obvious and blatant example of monumental entitlement ever. The game isn't made for your pretty eyes only. If you're unhappy with the design the Pimps conduct, go play something else. It's like you're telling someone how to drive their car the way [you] want it while you're the passenger and not making the payments on it. Stfu, seriously. Hiding from the horde underground is the dumbest thing ever. If someone don't wanna deal with the hordes... just turn them off. And I stopped watching the video when he went "this game's in developement since 753 years...". This moronic argument is so old, it's deader than a dead horse. The better the mechanics of zombies are developed to get to us, the happier I will be. Keep up the good work Pimps.

You drop in and whine that the A20 is awful and that the devs should do a "good" thing and revert to an inferior Alpha, after busting their asses during a year to actually put out an Alpha that factually made things better. All of this without actual arguments whatsoever. Are you right in the head? They reached a record peak of active players for this Alpha. Wow, that's surely because the game is bad. You have absolutely no solid idea of what you're talking about, period.

  11. I usually change the number of zombies alive on the biomes and their respawn rate for days and nights, to have more. I also raise the amount of them in wandering hordes.
  12. I'd expect someone with 1500+ hours on the game would know how to play it well. You just suck at planning and approching threats, this isnt the game's nor the Pimps fault. That's all. And going to a lesser A16 wont change the fact that you suck at it.
  13. Its not because i mentioned "suspension of disbelief" that this is the excuse to put any @%$#ed concepts in the game... πŸ™„ Do you even understand what that means? The game is set in a specific frame : you evolve in a dystopian, post-apocalyptic world, where both a nuclear war and viral cataclysm occured. This resulted in the main threat you're facing, zombies, which are, at the best of our knowledge, reanimated corpses that underwent the process from either the viral outbreak, lab experiments or a combination of both. If you raid the Higashi Pharmaceutical POI, you'll know what im talking about. So, no, this isnt the Carebears and there wont be unicorns... Again, your point of view is interpretative and far from confirming anything wrong with the narrative thread of the game setting and story.
  14. Well, that's just your opinion. The Pimps build a world that they wanted to see and into which some elements are interpreted the way they see fit. Also, suspension of disbelief doesnt hurt, it serves both game design and story setting. There's nothing to fix here. This is artistic design and this is at the discretion of the creators. Anything you listed in your post remains speculative. Nobody except Rick and Joel know what really happened to the world of 7DTD, Navezgane and the zombies that populate the area.
  15. I'll take note of your hints if another issue happens, guys. For now, i simply did a complete wipe, of absolutely everything, took no chances. I resinstalled all of it and gave myself some turrets. Nothing wrong happened as i handled them in and out of my bag anymore. Thanks for your help nonetheless

  18. Ok i read about the logfile. Do i need to post the whole file or i could just post the moment the glitch happened?
  19. I had this happening during A19 as well, so i stopped using any turret of those two types. I had hopes of this being fixed in A20 but nope, just happened right now. I see all of those lines in red when i select a turret from my bag inventory and i cant see said inventoy either. Getting out of the game wont work either: i gotta kill it in the task manager. There's nothing else i can do while the turret is in my bag, that ''glicth'' will keep occuring. This is basically game-breaking. I have absolutely no idea what the hell is happening and why it happens with turrets only. I also havent found anything about a similar issue from someone else. I use no major mods, except those small ones : IceBurg_Proper_Repair_Kits, TSBX_noADScrosshair and War3zuk HD Katanas. Note that it happened before i used those 3 mods.
  20. Suspension of disbelief is kinda needed sometimes, so players arent constraint by heavily restrictive situations that mirror real life. If you're complaining that some elements dont make sense and should replicate what we see in reality, then i guess the game should be updated so you spend few years building a Jeep from scratch, without skipping a single nut, to a fully operational vehicle, instead of few minutes in a crude wooden workbench πŸ˜‰
  21. Of course those who like LBD will say it was the best thing ever existing since sliced bread and that arguments against it are all invalid... what a surprise. I played Darkness Falls, who still has this feature, and although i did enjoy it, used it legit and without spamcrafting, i can see why it wasnt something viable from the Pimps standpoint and this is where we have to look. Spamcrafting is one of the reason and no matter what people will say, the devs didnt want to see this. And even if 99 players out of 100 use the mechanic properly, the Pimps wouldnt want to see 1 person abusing it and its still the most legitimate reason. Morrowind and Oblivion had this system too and it was removed in Skyrim, for the same reasons : spamcrafting and spamskilling. On paper, im the first to say it looks fun and cool, but in execution, its far from being a perfect feature. Its way less of a hassle for the devs to adopt a skill system like we have now than to try to circumvent all possible exploits. From two problems, you choose the lesser.
  22. They all have bunkers below. I havent encountered them myself yet, but i dont see why they would have been removed since i came across the house who has its bunker entrance in its adjacent garage (Glock made an episode stating it was one of the best POI for a horde base and had a Blood Moon in it).
