I just finished the Mechanics questline on b36. I was able to craft a minibike without the point in Grease Monkey or Vehicles for Dumb@%$#s. Don't know if that means anything or not but thought you should know.

The White River Scout at Trader Rekt doesn't give me quests. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem with Trader Joel - he's hanging out downstairs by the player vending machines in my game.
