90% of the time - the last 2 weeks......

90% of the time I try to log on I get this no matter which server. Sometimes I can get on no problem. I have over 4,000Hrs and never had this problem. Last night I was running at 60fps. Machine has no problem playing this game, it is only 6 months old. any help would be apricated. Please keep it simple as I'm an old man (69)
