Looks like on the server end, the Mods folder still needs to be added & the mods put there like usual. At least for Alloc's & CPM, anyway. Not sure how the dedicated server structure will change down the road in regard to mods... I'll go back over change log but anyone have an easy mode explanation for the future cutover of the mods?
At this point I'm pretty sure my whole issue was the first update of the server to latest stable had something bad in it. Once I did the second check for update & I got the right serverconfig.xml, something in that update had the right sauce for the server to operate normally.
