This was a tier 4 quest at one of the new drive-in movie theaters. The first generator had the prompt and was started. The second (the one in a sub-basement) would not give the prompt. The third gave a prompt and was started. All zombies were cleared. The only thing left was that second generator. The icon for the generator was there on the screen, and on the compass. But the prompt would not appear. I tried damaging and repairing it. I tried digging around it so I could access it from a different side. Nothing. This went on for a good ten minutes of trying everything I could think of to get it to prompt me. Ended up taking it apart with my impact driver, and failing the quest.
