  1. For some help, be sure to read the pinned topic: HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE ---- Please Read Before Creating New Threads ---- - General Support - 7 Days to Die especially the part about posting log files using pastebin.com. If you can post the server log and the stats of your server especially cpu & ram and what is the usage of those two at the time of the crash, you might be able to get some help here. Without this stuff, no one can help you. If there is nothing found in the logs and your systems are fine, you will be directed to file a bug report to get it to the right people at tfp so it can be addressed.
  2. We need to see the ENTIRE log, from beginning to end as you are only showing snippets of the log. Copy your entire output log file and paste it to pastebin.com. A link is generated which you should post here.
  3. At the time, I had no mods. Just had him stunned but he kept swinging despite the stun. My only death in A21 so pretty frustrated. If it’s a change, good to know but if a bug I should report it
  4. To other stun baton users, I was beating on a feral with my baton and he was able to ignore the stun and beat me to death. Are you guys seeing this and is it an intended change or is it a bug that needs reported?
  5. After remove a mod, it will likely break your save. Also, after removing a mod you must run the Verify Integrity of Game Files in Steam and run it at least twice. Some mods change files and removing the mod doesn’t revert the files that were changed.
  6. https://community.7daystodie.com/topic/3956-how-to-report-an-issue-please-read-before-creating-new-threads/ Instructions on finding your log file and how to post the entire log using pastebin.com is in this pinned topic. Unfortunately, without seeing your entire log file, you won’t get much help.
  7. https://community.7daystodie.com/topic/3956-how-to-report-an-issue-please-read-before-creating-new-threads/ This could very well a problem on your end since tens of thousands of players have no issues connecting to servers. Read in this pinned thread how to find you log files and how to post a copy of that log using pastebin.com. The answer to your problem will be found there. Without seeing your log no one, including the fun pimps can fix the problem. If it turns out being an actual bug, you can report it directly to them in the bug reports section. However, no log no help.
  8. I’m not as comfortable reading gamepass logs but it sure looks like EOS is declining the connection. Most of the time it’s related to antivirus software blocking the connection. I know that you said that exclusions were added, but double check that both players create exclusions for both the game folder AND saves folder. Disabling antivirus, especially Windows Defender, does not help. The person hosting the game needs to forward tcp 26900 and udp 26900-26903 ports in their router. Lastly, if either of you are running any network optimizer software like Asus Gamefirst, disable it.
  9. This is a guess since we would need to see the entire log file to be sure but you should create exclusions in your antivirus software for both the main game folder and saves folder. Problems with EOS connections are usually due to antivirus software blocking the connection.
  10. Be sure your friend is removing 3 files attached to your EOS number.

    BUG!

We need, at a minimum, a copy of your log file. Instructions on how to find the log plus instructions for using pastebin.com to create a link to the log to paste here are in the pinned topic: https://community.7daystodie.com/topic/3956-how-to-report-an-issue-please-read-before-creating-new-threads/
  12. We need to see a copy of your log file from when this happened to you. Instructions for finding the log files and how to post them here using pastebin.com are found in the pinned topic: HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE ---- Please Read Before Creating New Threads ---- - General Support - 7 Days to Die
  13. I actually do not see any issues in your logs, no reason is listed other than you disconnected. Is there a possibility to get a copy of the server log from when you were disconnected? Maybe there's clues from why the server is booting you.
  14. It is a corruption of your player profile on that server. The server admin will need to delete the 3 files associated with your profile. Once done and you join, you will be back to level one. The admin will need to use the givexp command to get you your levels back and the creative menu to get your inventory and magazines back. This usually, but not always, happens when you are disconnected from the server after losing your internet connection or you suffer power loss resulting in the game shutting down or you quit using ALT-F4 while still on the server. The only other possible solution is if the server admin does regular backups and he can restore your profile from a backup before your problem happened.
  15. We use Steam voip....works great and is free and you download nothing.
  16. Read the pinned topic: HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE ---- Please Read Before Creating New Threads ---- - General Support - 7 Days to Die for instructions on finding your log file and posting the entire log on pastebin.com and post the link generated here. Without the entire log file, no one can help you.
  17. Try opening the serveradmin.xml file in the Saves folder and manually add them to the blacklist.
  18. Usually this issue is fixed by creating exclusions in your antivirus software including Windows Defender for both the game folder and the save folder.
  19. Try posting a copy of your log file using pastebin.com. Instructions on how to find the log and how to use pastebin.com to post the log are in the pinned topic: HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE ---- Please Read Before Creating New Threads ---- - General Support - 7 Days to Die
  20. That is an odd finding in the log you posted. My limited knowledge of your error, it seems to be a problem with drivers. So I would try a couple of things. Download a copy of DDU which is a program that completely removes all traces of your video drivers. You need to run this in safe mode as Administrator. This can be found here: download ddu (guru3d.com) Then go to Nvidia.com and download and install the lastest videocard drivers for your card. Finally, through Steam, run the Verify Integrity of Game Files and run it at least twice. If anyone else has any other ideas, hopefully they will post a reply.
  21. Another option, without seeing a copy of your log file, is to bring up the game launcher, select Tools tab, select Open Game Settings. This will open regedit and should highlight TheFunPimps and delete that entry. Exit out of regedit and now run Verify Integrity of Game Files from Steam and run it twice. If none of this helps, please post a copy of your entire log file using pastebin.com. Instructions for how to find the log and how to use pastebin.com are in the pinned topic: HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE ---- Please Read Before Creating New Threads ---- - General Support - 7 Days to Die
  22. There are online tutorials for testing power supplies using a voltmeter. It sounds like you know your way around electrical testing so google how to test a power supply using a multimeter and hopefully you will have your answer as to whether or not it is your power supply. If not, you could buy the cheapest 750w power supply as a 'tester' just to see if you can play the game with a different power supply. If it turns out that you can play fine with the cheap power supply, then and only then would I invest in a gold or platinum rated power supply. I usually keep a few cheap power supplies to use for testing as I am not good with a multimeter.
  23. Several questions......is this a new map after the latest update? Can you post the entire log file? Go to pastebin.com and paste a copy of the entire log file there then post the generated link here.
  24. Some mods make changes to game files located outside of the Mods folder. Once you delete the contents of the Mods folder, you need to verify the integrity of the game files through Steam and do that twice. However, understand that removing mods will break your save so you’ll need to start a new map.
  25. Uggh….. I guess a new cable could be bad but not likely. Maybe try a different port on the router. Did you have the same issue downloading maps when you were using wifi? Wifi isn’t recommended with this game but reverting to wifi could help your troubleshooting. If map downloads fine on wifi then your problem is either ethernet cable, ethernet port on the pc or bad router port.
