If this is the location of your game then yes. Just make sure you copy or move the actual folder that you created and not just the files. so in the nitrogen output folder contains the maps you generated and they are called by whatever name you gave in map name within nitrogen copy the folder and its contents. eg default name is NitroGenMap if you don't change it copy that folder and it's content
