  3. Hello Zombie Food! We all hope you will have a blast with A19’s experimental phase. This is how you access the A19 build: 1. right click on the game in steam 2. click on properties 3. click the "betas" tab 4. the drop down menu will have latest_experimental available ← you want THAT 5. select that and wait for the game to download. Possibly coming up, if the game somehow is not completely closed: 6. If you can't get the dropdown menu, use arrow keys, hold the arrow down key until it is selected and click okay. 7. close your game and it should schedule an update shortly. Changelog is here!   5. Hey guys! We just sent out the second wave of tester invites. We did lock the thread because as of right now we are not looking to do another round of invites. For A20 pre-testing we will be selecting people based on how well they report bugs during A19 experimental and stable, instead of creating a thread like this one. So if you did not get picked, really show us your bug reporting skills as soon as experimental releases.

  8. Survivors, Avoiders, and Maniacs! Since a lot of people are sitting at home and are looking to kill some time, we would like to offer you guys a chance to bite A19's bugs before they even arrive on EXP. You will need to be able to communicate in english. Broken, fluid, native speaker, avid learner, as long as you can describe an issue, you are fine, fear not. Builds are coming regularly, having to start over up to several times a day should not be an issue, if you are interested. For communication we will provide a discord server where you can report bugs, talk to other people and maybe catch some of the QA team by chance. Here are a few things from inside this build: #1 We updated the localization.txt to include feedback we gathered in the thread below. #2 We have updated our gamepad vehicle controls to have accelerate and reverse on the trigger buttons, allowing for better vehicle movement #3 and most importantly, the horn can now be used on the right D-Pad #4 for our builders we now allow reverse rotation, hit the Reload button with a building block to rotate the other way around #5 We have a fix for the crash caused by the electric fence. #6 Workstations will no longer slow your game down in longer game sessions! For the gamepad rebinds to take effect, you have to set controls to default once. Please do test Macs with EAC enabled again. Another update to it should solve the crashing issue. Let us know, if the problem persists. We will be collecting localization improvements until including the 13th of February, then the first batch of community feedback gets attention and will go in our final version of A18.4 The promised A18.4 EXP is finally here! We have a fix for the crash caused by the electric fence. Workstations will no longer slow your game down in longer game sessions! Please do test Macs with EAC enabled again. First option in the launcher you used during experimental is still working. Find the steps right here! However, since it is now official on steam, you can use steam to do it, if you did not do that before, please have a quick look here: Please do test Macs with EAC enabled again.   15. Good evening! Alpha 18.3 b4 will be on EXP soon! This version fixes the broken localization for starter quests and adresses other phrases and terms that were missed from translating. No community feedback for localization in this patch yet, we are looking to have an A18.4 with an updated localization.txt considering the community's feedback. Mac users, please try to play with EAC on again, since we did get an EAC update, that should solve the crashes, report if issues persists. How to select your language? Here's a quck YT video I made 1. Start the game's launcher 2. You will need to use e.g. "-language=german" in the launcher's start parameter to start the game using that language 3. Now the session will be in the selected language This of couse is temporary and only until we release it to stable. The language names are: EN = english (default) DE = german ES-LatAm = latam FR = french IT = italian JA = japanese KO = koreana PL = polish PT-BR = brazilian RU = russian TR = turkish ZH-CN = schinese ZH-TW = tchinese For feedback and balancing suggestions, please go to our feedback thread.
