Can’t play Using the new 5.3 I haven’t been able to get passed loading the game up. I can’t get to the main menu. All it says is loading items. Before the update I never had any issues

Missing items I hope I’m not asking about something that has been asked before. I’m using the mod with the expanded back pack and have noticed that when I shut down and come back my items will be missing. Don’t know what I need to do to fix it. I have lost many quality items because of this
