  1. as i said.. we are not getting that. are you sure that all 3 slots are full of water... and of course i will have to mention that mine is all vanilla settings.
  2. currently in newer map with 3 dew collectors and 4 of us and yet none of us have had the issue you pointed out. last map we had 8 collectors and so much water that no one even bothered to empty the collectors for a few game days... we still had no issue with the take all button as far as not getting the full amount and no console errors or warnings. sorry but no issues with my rented dedi... (so far)
  3. exactly and i was thinking Ark, where you can make dyes easily.
  4. "R N G" is basically in charge here. i prefer to find my clothing, armor and weapons non dyed as it is usually not the color i like or want any ways. we find lots of dyes so we swap them around. (i thought we made them but apparently i was wrong).
  5. can you show a good screen shot of the flash light. a light source is an indication of an intended pathway to use that has the least effort (keyword least) danger but you can still get into some. as for it not guiding you, we need to know where you are at in the hospital where the light is.. it may be a decoy or it can even got bugged and not rotated correctly during spawn/creation. also please dont give coords where this light is because the coords are only useful if we have the exact map you are on... unless its navezgane then that is good to use.
  6. also... i tested it a few times here and could not get the issue.. vanilla settings, nvidia drivers updated as of 22june 2023. tested on high vid setting with rtx3060 with 12gb vram game at 2k resolution windowed. not saying you dont have the issue just saying i cant repro but as sylen points out... QA will not investigate unless you submit it as a bug report and in the bug report forum as explained by clicking on the red banner above.

  8. you can still get screwed... or lucky... none of it has a 100% guarantee.
  9. extremely bad luck because of RNG plays the way it wants to and is almost never in your favor.... but there are those who were/are born wish a horse. so no, its not a bug as we have had it both ways in the same map. again.. Murphy's law kicked in for us. (if it can go wrong... it will go wrong)
  10. yep agreed, while a highly experienced player can deal with them... the average person may not. most important factor is... the infested quests are designed for more challenge and rewarded via a special loot container for the tier in which it is. infested is not for the timid player, you gotta wanna be a player who is not afraid of dangerous ambushed with higher types of zeds.
  11. short answer to your question is not on its own. you have to turn it on either via server config for server or game creation options. as per server config set as default off <property name="MaxChunkAge" value="-1"/> <!-- The number of in-game days which must pass since visiting a chunk before it will reset to its original state if not revisited or protected (e.g. by a land claim or bedroll being in close proximity). --> then there is a screen shot of game setting when creating a game (which is also default to off).
  12. you have to set it to gen a world and walk away.. the issue is under investigation but the game is still working even tho it shows as unresponsive. depending on the computer it can hang for a few short minutes to 10 or so.. i have not had it go past 3 minutes (so far). the problems seems to be windows not recognizing it is still working and then shows it as not running. i just had a family member experience the same thing... he waited for 20 minutes and restarted the process and it went right on thru because the process was done. give it a try.

  16. trouble is in the advanced generation tab where you have these choices (even tho the supported sizes are 6144 - 10240) as per server config comment <!-- If RWG, this controls the width and height of the created world.   18. i checked in the editor and gas station 10 is not set up for infestation. it does not have the special red sleepers (infested) and the collored treasue box (color per tier level) as now noted... there was a slip in the xml tagging this as infestation when actually was not set up yet... this is now reported and hopefully will be fixed soon.
  19. TBOMK that one is used by devs to circle trouble areas and with unity profiler working. it is not a public command and does nothing constructive unless you are in unity editor. in case you dont know what tbomk is
  20. i want to iterate on this.. i just tested it in a21b317 on my spare account logged in to my dedi and using the command with the name and xp amount worked perfect.

  22. did you get the quest to go to another trader... could you show some screen shots of the traders dialogue box. you are most likely missing something but we need more info... also if this turns out to be a bug then it should be in the bug report forum which is explained by clicking on the red banner above.
  23. did you wait for the next day.. you shouldnt alter the time as that may cause issues. i have always waited for the next day when my next tier is available. also i see where you stated you started a new game.. is this referring to a new map as well.. if its a new game and or map, then the trader will not be at tier 2 as you expected. or did i read that wrong.
  24. lmao... its amazing how the grapevine changes 300%. 🤢 at that rate the bandits will probably each fly around in the gyros dropping bombs on players and bases. 🤔 but really... as i am with meganoth on this that i have never heard of such a thing as lasers and bandits... sounds like someones mod maybe.
  25. actually they are not working on the sequel. they do have artists, level designers and so forth working on the next game but its not 7dtd2.
