  1. I only want my gloves to be visible on the player hands
  2. just turn on godmode and see what there is
  3. The drone lifted me all the way up of an 1 block wide shaft in a gigantic POI while I was stuck in a basement pit swarmed by ferals. I jumped and it flew under my feet, causing me to stand on it and move up with it. Was like an elevator and I rised onto the roof. It's greatest purpose.
  4. 1-4 Tool section Slot 1 - Steel sledgehammer Slot 2 - steel pickaxe slot 3 - steel axe slot 4 - steel shovel 5-7 Firearms Slot 5: Desert Vulture Slot 6: Sniper rifle Slot 7: Pump shotgun Slot 8: Either a construction tool or hunting knife Slot 9: Stack of a medical item Slot 10: Building slot with a 200 count wood frame block in it.
  5. Lol I've never found a beaker in my day 110 game as a level 150 character. My level 150 character still wouldn't be able to craft a chemistry station if he didn't find the beaker by luck sold at a trader. And I found steel tools schematic by level 130, but by then I already looted level 6 steel tools. Funny update
  6. I still find gear. I'm level 133 with like 450+ loot stage, don't remember exactly. I find military and steel armor parts, full armors sometimes so you can scrap them into parts. I found a level 6 set of steel armor and SWAT helmet for my character, along with level 6 steel tools and machine tools. I have so many of all that I got enough parts for everything
  7. Because the blocks are not Minecraft square shapes but rather diamonds or triangles. If you dig and figure out how they behave then it's actually fine.
  8. please explain kind sirs why u no like a20?
  9. I've yet to clear a T5 quest inside a skyscraper. I haven't been focusing on quests most of my game till about recently now. I'm currently on Tier 2 for my trader with a character level of 133. But I've had similar experiences with horde armies having legendary enemies + high count inside the wasteland especially at night. It's actually very easy to clean them if you have access to guns without having to retreat. I always have wood frames with me I nerdtower myself up to some random rooftop of an POI, then clean them by clicking on their heads to pick them out one after another with my sniper rifle. They'll be too busy bashing against blocks and running against walls so they are static most of the time. If I do not have any guns, I simply use my melee weapon and motorcycle. Sometimes I go into a building aswell and stand at a certain spot which will make the AI bash against blocks with high durability. I sledge them through holes and windows. Zombie bears go down quickly with this since they'll be running against the wall and their heads will clip through blocks so you can hit it at that. If there are no buildings. I drive my motorcycle away from them and divide them. I take on a group consisting of 3-4 zombies with my sledge. If everybody starts to swarm, I drive away a distance then circle them. This is how I pick them apart. I do not engage zombie bears on foot in the open. I find a ruin in the wasteland to stand on and sledge them from above while they run against the walls and bash it. If it's in @%$# panic mode, well then just try to cheese him by putting you and himself between trees, maneuver around cars while hitting him and that, somewhere where he can get stuck or take time to move. I've yet to die in the wasteland with my strategies.
  10. Don't remember it exactly. Last time I checked, I think it was around mid 400s or more.
  11. I have all of my windows completely shut down, curtains covering it aswell so it's dark in my room with only the computer screen emitting a light source. Works perfectly for gaming and I can see every single thing. If air is getting tight and unclean I'll open a small gap and let it open for 15 minutes to breeze into the cave.
  12. I only started having acid, wheels and sewing kits as common items when I reached level 133 yesterday and it's about day 100. My lucky looter is maxed out. What I found yesterday was - 5 bottles of acid - 4 wheels in cars and buses - tons of sewing kits from just random loot, sometimes in garbage. Before that I was emptyhanded for most of the game aswell. And I still have never found a beaker to this day. The only reason I got to a chemistry station was because I bought a beaker off from a trader.
  13. Vehicles have the same issue I leave them somewhere only to find them teleported away a few blocks into the ground plus some distance from where they originally stood aswell. I always have to dig them up and drive out of the hole. Same thing happened with the drone, but it was only once.
  14. Yes FPS is the only problematic issue that the game has for me. Fighting and looting in cities is momentarily unbearable as I drop down to 5-15 fps there . I can't hit anything, once I shot my shotgun of it's 9 slugs empty into the air trying to hit a zombie who was in melee range at 10 fps. Blood moon hordes are just more of an AFK simulator at the moment as I sit on a roof and scope in, take 10 seconds keeping up with the lag simultaneously and finally hitting the shot. I dropped the count down to 24. Touring through the skyscraper was a nightmare, especially the small parkour parts where you have to jump over some planks and below you is a pit you'd easily die from. I did not jump because the game was lagging hard and I did not want to risk it. And I'm level 100+, cornered by radiated wights, cops and bikers and surronded by fallpit, half broken walls, all sort of holes I could fall off and die in requiring careful movement, at 10 fps. It took some effort and sweating to get up there but I did clean it entirely somehow. Blood moon in a big building or inside a city? Forget that, the game will drop a nuclear bomb and turn your computer into a wasteland apocalypse instead. Other than that, the game runs smooth as a butter when there's no heavy activity going on. My machine is pretty above average, it isn't the best but I believe this game is so CPU intense that I won't see dramatic changes if I do upgrade.
  15. It was 300 if I remember. Has anybody ever reached the cap in a save? I did it only once in my entire 8 years of playing as I usually get too bored with the save when I reach late game and on top it seems to be a very long road of achieving the number. I'm going to try going for it in the world I'm currently in. Day 90, level 121. It'll be a lot of slaughtering.
  16. Random loot. Found a level 5 and 4 drone in random crates
  17. Is there a way to modifiy the difficulty parameter so that I can have all the effects of it without zombies' HP increasing to become bullet sponges? I'd like to play on insane but without having to fight for atleast two minutes to bring down a single zombie. I'd like a faster raise in gamestage I believe it was part of it
  18. Don't think the drone would handle a pistol if you compare it's size to a gun, it's pretty tiny and lightweight. Maybe it should have some sort of it's own melee weapon or a little gun to shot with. Ammo should be robotic turret ammo Also weaponry aside, a suggestion for the drone would be to comment on things based on what's going on at the moment around the player Start randomly singing to uplift the mood of the player, being sarcastic, tell jokes or something like that to add life to being lonely in a wasteland.
  19. Alpha 1 days Remember the sniper shotgun, it had endless range and no spread so you could one shot zombies with your pump shotgun from 100-300m
  20. Sometimes it feels cheesy. They already have kind of a super IQ. Zombies have ESP cheats and know exactly which singe block of your base is the weakest and will swarm that point all together. I have a pretty basic industrial hangar base and they tend to avoid my traps most of the time because there is a hidden, small thin side of my base covered by an material with lower HP than the other blocks. I haven't noticed it myself till they questionably started all clumping up to the same place of a sudden. Have to reinforce it and use more heavier traps Maybe if regular zombies were dumb as rocks and would walk towards you head on and bash against any wall between him & you would work. Have specialized zombies who can do the "find weakest point of base and attack it" thing. The current spider zombie could climb walls and jump onto your roofs to attack it. I remember he used to be able to climb walls. I haven't seen in some time now. Building a tight kill hallway inside your base with robotic sledges + electric wires or building a tower on top of your base with only one path upwards guarded by sledges is the current way to go. Stash all valueable crates and workstations inside an concrete/steel underground bunker so zombies will never get to damage any of it while you are on surface.
  21. I put down a robotic drone and she doesn't seem to do anything at all, even when I engage zombies she doesn't attack. I read that she can also help you in combat, but it doesn't seem to do that. What's her purpose other than a mule to carry my stuff? I'll probably have no reason to take her with me as it seems she'll only get in my way when I shoot guns or walk through tight, closed in areas. And she'll most likely get destroyed in the process aswell.
  22. A save deletion option could be an possibility. If I do die, I can't bring myself to delete my save. I have accomplished way too much, and that would mean I have to painfully grind one full week all over again to reach the stage where I was. I'm not sure about permadeath at the moment. For now they need to make death have more consequences, it is way too light now. You can just easily kill yourself if you are infected or have broken arms. why bother sacrificing time waiting for your 30 minute splint or endlessly searching for medicine. though I hate seeing my death count rise from 0 to 1. Can't stand having to look at that number 1 whenever I open my stats page. I'd smash the screen for that. I very rarely die nowadays, last time I died was around a week or two ago I think by accidently eating glass. and the last time before that, I do not even remember anymore as it was too long ago
  23. Yeah loot is better than what you can craft. I don't know why I wasted my points into even upgrading the tree to make myself craft level 5 armor and weapons. In one day I found level 6 steel gloves, leg armor, boots, level 5 steel armor and helmet. Level 6 steel sledge, axe, level 5 steel pickaxe, level 6 desert vulture. I have basically everything I need just from looting and all those parts I collected over the weeks were for nothing, I can just scrap or sell them now.
