[Wilderness POI without leading road]

I don't know. Last time I played 7d2d was on that build.

[Wrench animation is shorter than wrench action]

There's no adverse gameplay conditions. The animation just doesn't match the actual duration of the action. 

[Cannot pickup wood frames with inventory full]

I did not use creative. This is something that often happens in the course of a normal playthrough. I've recorded a video:

There is a 'material' option that becomes available when you turn on cm.  Did you use that option to change the material of your frame?  If you use that option,  this will happen.  

Maybe you tried to reproduce it with the old wood frame instead of a20's shape wood frame?
