  1.  Strength loses Master Chef but gains Advanced Engineering

Fortitude loses Iron Gut but gains Physician

Perception loses Demolitions but gains Daring Adventurer

Intelligence loses Daring Adventurer, Physician, and Advanced Engineering but gains Master Chef, Iron Gut, and Demolitions

Redistributes Work Station crafting while keeping Intelligence as an important skill.

  2.  Curious, built a little 7x7 double wall box fort for the Day 15 Horde (3 Day Variance) with Concrete Outer Walls, 2 Layers of Spikes, 1 Layer of Barbed Wire Fence, and a space between a final outer layer of spikes. Shifted positions when the zombies made it through one section of traps, kept blasting away. Despite Zombies beating on one section of wall for an excessive long time at the end the wall only suffered roughly 50% HP Loss, wonder if the Zombies are able to hit less accurately if they're on Nightmare Speed instead of Default for Horde Night?

  3.  One would have to consider what a primitive crossbow would look like. Only ideas that come to mind are either a modified slingshot or dart blower that would let you use crossbow bolts. Or maybe scrap the stone bolts and just have the slingshot with stones be the "primitive crossbow". Crafted with Scrap Plastics, Cloth, and Wood.

  4.  Idea comes from Dawn of the Dead, but basically have an armored bus that you can use as a mobile base, with a separate set of vehicle customization slots aside from vehicle mods. Armor Mods will reduce the damage the bus takes, inserting workstations into these customization slots means you can use said workstations when vehicle is stopped or in "deployment mode", acts as a bedroll location, basically a mobile base of operations for players who can appreciate the finer things in life while still staying mobile.

  5.  This is already a thing in the modding community, Darkness Falls has both Animal Snares and Chicken Coops, in the case of Coops you build it and deploy it on dirt and after a certain time period a nest appears, loot it and the nest is destroyed. You then craft animal seed in a mortar and pestle (crafting station added by the mod) using apples or bananas (plants added by the mod) and then right click the animal seed on the chicken coop to restart the nest spawning process. I believe it was originally made by Valmar but many of his modlets were incorporated into Darkness Falls (and perhaps many other mods that I haven't tried yet).

is it useable for alpha 20 and where can I get it? oh and thanks for responding been starting to think posting on this site was pointless

This site is hit or miss on what people will reply to. The Mod Team said they won't update until stable for A20 is out, then it'll be 1-2 weeks for them to update everything and release it.

  7.  Talking about modlets adapting the 19.6 replant system earlier in the thread, how difficult would it be to make it to where there was a 50% chance for the plant to break during harvesting and then have the A20 50% chance of dropping a seed when breaks occur? It would still nerf the replanting system but perhaps not make so much extra work to keep it running mandatory? Or perhaps leave the option up to the server creator with a list of farming options, such as whether replanting occurs, breakage and seed percentage chance slider scales, or whether or not farming is even enabled?

  8. Short Term your answer is modded gameplay. Darkness Falls for example has the working sink (allows you to fill water bottles), electric oven (runs on battery), metal workbench (upgraded bench), big forge (bigger forge), advanced forge (electric furnace, runs on battery), fusion forge (nuclear power), lathe (allows you to make gun parts), tailoring station (clothes/armor), and writing desk (making skill notes), plus one or two others I'm forgetting.

  9.  Probably would use a Blast or Electric Arc Furnace to Smelt them. Should probably be a trace element type find in ores when mining, similar to the book that gives you gems on a rare chance. Also could find trace amounts in Secret Stash or the big loot boxes with high loot levels, or Trader with 5/5 Barter. Rather than making tools and armor with it, how about Titanium Plate mod for armor that reduces weight/stamina loss while keeping durability and rating the same, and Titanium Grip Mod for the weapons for the same purpose?

Could just find/harvest scrap brass and ditch the trophies, knobs, etc.

Well if you want to go a step farther you could introduce copper, tin, and zinc deposits into the game and then have the ability to create bronze and brass through smelting. That way if you wanted to expand the early game even farther you could have "Copper" and "Bronze" Ages bridging the gap between the "Stone" and "Iron" Ages.

I'd like to once we get bandits in, so that somewhere along the way they try to intercept the package.

A potential stand-in for the time being would be a fetch quest that you turn in to a different trader.
