  1. All Irradiated Zombies. One cooling tower partially collapsed into another one, creating a mountain of rubble that lets you reach the top of the second cooling tower. The rod pool being devoid of water and filled to the brim with irradiated feral wights. A secret underground portion used to experiment on radiation treatments for the zombie plague, with a hidden wall safe containing a guaranteed rad removal mod and schematic (similar to the sham can in sham factory). Found only in Wasteland biome.
  2. I'd settle for a chicken farm POI that you can get plenty of feathers, eggs, and rotting flesh from. Heavily inhabited by predators, including zombie vultures, dogs, maybe even some wolves. Call a Tier 2 quest perhaps?

This obviously would be an idea for the far future, probably after actual game release, but what about a limited in size biome dedicated to boss fights/toughest challenge for those who are brave enough? Like the entire biome would be covered in a green irradiated fog that detracts one health per minute (counter-able with the regeneration skill), the topsoil is zombie plant ooze that cuts your normal movement in half, vehicles also take damage over time. In addition to a few "boss" zombies that can only be found in this biome (like say a Zombie T-Rex), other unique Zombie foes can be found here, like wandering hordes could be composed of herds of zombie cows, screamers could be the normal zombies you finding wandering about. An endgame objective could be building a base within this biome and surviving a horde night there.
  4. Speaking of exploits, do hatch elevators still work or did they finally patch them out? EDIT: Nevermind I remember that they did.
  5. I seem to recall the Gazebo Garden occasionally having some pumpkins to harvest, but yeah it seems like I get the most pumpkin seeds out of trash piles.

I think it'd be neat to have upgraded versions of each of the workstations that could be powered either by electricity or just consume half again the amount of fuel as the basic versions but in turn have double the input/output speed before any other modifiers apply, such as skills or, as in the case of the forge, mods. The workstations would also be larger and require more materials to make but would look more stylish and advanced, giving your base a more "I/we've made it so much farther along" kind of look. Forge > Blast Furnace (Powered by either Electricity or Coal) - 2x2x8 Size - 4 Smelting Slots instead of 2, same attachments with benefits. Workbench > Fabricator (Powered by Electricity) - Same Size Chemisty Station > Laboratory (Powered by Electricity) - Same Size Cement Mixer > Cement Kiln (Powered by Electricity) - 2x8x4 Size Campfire > Cast Iron Stove or Stove (Powered by Electricity or Coal) - 2x1x3 Size
  7. Well you can already mount blade traps on walls. Just create a couple of existing holes in the wall that either have blade traps or, if you want to be really mean, have a shotgun turret positioned 1 block away.
  8. Probably would use a Blast or Electric Arc Furnace to Smelt them. Should probably be a trace element type find in ores when mining, similar to the book that gives you gems on a rare chance. Also could find trace amounts in Secret Stash or the big loot boxes with high loot levels, or Trader with 5/5 Barter. Rather than making tools and armor with it, how about Titanium Plate mod for armor that reduces weight/stamina loss while keeping durability and rating the same, and Titanium Grip Mod for the weapons for the same purpose?
  9. If the Devs wanted to extend the primitive ages a little further, the Copper and Bronze ages could be introduced with the mining of Copper and Tin, with Zinc added in as well. Tools and Weapons could be made from Copper and then Bronze Ingots after both Copper and Tin are smelted together. You could then have a line of books where secondary products are made from these materials, such as Batteries from Zinc, Cans from Tin, Electronic Parts from Copper (and Scrap Plastic), and then the end of series book collection reward is the ability to create Brass from Zinc and Copper.
  10. Well if you want to go a step farther you could introduce copper, tin, and zinc deposits into the game and then have the ability to create bronze and brass through smelting. That way if you wanted to expand the early game even farther you could have "Copper" and "Bronze" Ages bridging the gap between the "Stone" and "Iron" Ages.
  11. A potential stand-in for the time being would be a fetch quest that you turn in to a different trader.
  12. 1) Was Dishong Tower removed from the game? Seem to recall something about some of the buildings being removed a while back and haven't found one yet in the latest playthroughs. 2) Does it seem like screamers trigger a lot more easily in T5 Quests versus the other Tiers or just in general? Had a constant stream of screamers and associated zombies following me on my way through the Shotgun Messiah Factory on a Clear Mission.
  13. Anyone else having problems completing Tier 5 Quests? Keep getting disconnected and thought at first from the way the lag gradually increased while clearing the building that maybe it was a memory leak but then I noticed that I lost internet connection entirely the last time it happened so now I'm not so sure that it's the case. Not having any problems with connectivity issues at any other point during playing the game except during Tier 5 Quests though.
  14. A couple of recipe ideas; Hand Sanitizer - 1xGrain Alcohol + 1xAloe Cream - Reduces the chance to contract dysentery or infection by 5% for 1 minute, effect doesn't stack. Wooden Shield/Iron Shield/Steel Shield Mod - Can only be equipped to Clubs, Spears, Hunting Knives, and Machetes. Replaces the Power Attack with a Block Attack option that transfers HP damage from hits on you into Durability damage for your weapon, with said damage being reduced by 5/15/25% for the type of shield used.
  15. I just had this happen to me the other day while maneuvering to cheekily loot all of the good stuff atop a Shotgun Messiah Factory w/out having to clear the Zombies out first. Bounced off the top of the factory from above 40 blocks up while taking no damage, came to rest on the ground after falling another 30 blocks for 50 Damage to HP oddly enough.

  17. Were scopes moved higher up in the loot chain? Seems like they're not as abundant as they used to be in the current game stages we're playing through right now.
  18. Not sure about an escort quest, but a guard the person/zone in a POI against waves of zombie/bandit attacks should be feasible. EDIT: I would worry about lag having to escort an NPC in a vehicle or on foot, but what if you're tasked with carrying supplies from one trader to another, an important shipment, and whoever has the package is the focus of the attacks from all of the zombies/bandits?
  19. Now that I've had some appreciable playtime invested in the latest experimental version I wanted to offer up some feedback on looting and traders. First both me and a friend invested two ranks in lucky looter early on and in the early game stage this seemed to have no appreciable effect on loot that we discovered, but once we reached about game stage 25 everything took off. Suddenly we were finding tons of level 6 stone age gear, such as one chest containing 2 level 6 blunderbusses and 4 level 6 pieces of scrap/padded armor. That we're swimming in tons of level 6 stone age gear while only scratching the surface on finding level 1 iron age gear is screaming for attention for a little bit of fine tuning in the transition stage. Secondly I was a low level (about 3 or so) upon completion of my first T1 trader quest yet had an immediate choice of 200x7.62mm rounds or 10 pipe bombs, with no points invested in trader rewards. Forgetting about the extended stone age aspect I took the 200 rounds but it was moot as I immediately discovered a lvl 1 AK-47 in the secret stash section for 400 Dukes, which was one T1 quest reward plus selling a couple of items. So much for using stone age weapons. Quest Rewards remained very odd afterwards in choice, in one span of turning in 2 Tier 1 Quests at once I had the first choice between either (1) Chrysanthemum Seed Recipe or (200) 9mm Rounds and then either (1) Chrysanthemum Seed Recipe again or (200) 7.62mm Rounds. With me and my friend always taking the ammo rewards in those instances we've never run short on ammo, even taking horde nights into account, and so subsequently our forge has yet to be fed any diets of brass or lead.

Walked out the door of our base house at dawn for the first time since upgrading to the latest version w/out wiping, hear a roar after descending the steps and turn to see a bear had spawned in directly behind me, emptied a full clip of AK47 (lvl 1, no skill points invested, had bought at a trader for 400 Dukes) with probably 2/3rds being headshots, before having to flee across half the town on a bicycle. Bear got caught up on the fence of the small junkyard POI, managed to finish him off with about another dozen bullets.
  21. No Patch today? They had been getting released at the rate of about 1 per week, usually on Friday.
  22. I'm camped out for the night in a little hidey hut next to a trader, a zombie dog pack spawned to run in my direction but it sounds like they spawned inside of the trader at night as all I hear is their attacks followed by ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding.

Finally was able to get on and test the latest build on my experimental server which had been clean wiped as suggested, was evening of Day 4 when I logged on as others were able to test play before I was able to. Spawned in just as night began, completed my starter quests and got the trader quest, and got packed up and ready to go just as dawn broke, which also coincided with the end of my safe spawn time zone (5 hours). Two zombies spawn ahead of me but I hear a woof and turned around to see a Dire Wolf chasing me down. Wasn't able to get away before it nommed my bones clean. I seem to recall someone on here having a similar experience shortly after they first started playing (albeit on Day 1) at level one as well.
  24. Decided to not wait for Stable 19 after all. Everything looks good, really love the in-game soundtrack. Only thing I thought I'd mention so far by way of complaints is it seems a little cruel to have a zombie dog pack already in Day 2.
  25. I officially regret telling friends and online friends that I would be hosting a dedicated server once A19 Stable was out, now have people hounding me for when the server will be up. Realized that if I multiply that feeling by 100x that I might understand what it's like be a member of the Fun Pimps Staff. I sincerely apologize for any hounding I might've done in the past in asking when stuff will be released.
