  1. I should have done this before posting but it appears that this cart is not part of the POI but a random spawn. At least I wasn't able to find the cart in the POI editor.
  2. @unholyjoe Enable Steam overlay and then retry it. When steam overlay is enabled it goes straight to create a waypoint entry information. This is consistent for PS4 controllers as well. Also happens when you switch to the map from within the menu. I'll record and post a video.
  3. The AOE damage is no more than if you shot it with a standard arrow. You get roughly 340pt of damage to the entity hit with the explosive arrow and roughly 70pts damage to immediately surrounding entities. Less the farther away they are.
  4. There is still a definite issue with the fact that the explosive arrows only show a 25% increase over the 50% increase for normal arrows with the archery perk. With this arrangement there is no benefit in perking into explosive arrows/bolts, especially with the cost involved in points and the cost to create. The are a multitude of other options that are more affordable. These items are therefore obsolete and extraneous to the game.

  7. Sorry I forgot my character stats. I had not perked into any stealth attributes and had no special mods. Only mod was an armor triple pocket mod.   9. I was not able to successfully repro the XP gain not being 10%. It appeared to be accurate or close to accurate, so I won't file another report for that issue.

  11. Just let me know what else is needed. I think I still have the output log from when my character experienced this. The two times it happened to my character I wasn't in/near a POI. Not sure if it is actually a bug or just a random glitch.
  12. It's not a old save. I use a new seed and new game with every build and delete the old games to not run into that issue. I was aware of the update to the trash bags which is why I reported this one because it was out of the norm. I'll post each issue in a separate report going forward. Sorry about that. Had asked in the Discord group and was given the wrong advice.   13. Timed the tic countdown for sprain (15sec) and abrasion (2min20sec) to drop one level. Expectation is that the countdown is a standard frame of time, most likely one minute. At the least it should be standard among all buff/debuffs/ailments that have a countdown for clarity for the player.
  14. The same with fatigue. A countdown of one single digit took 1 min 30 sec but there is nothing to indicate the time frame a player should expect to have the ailment.

  16. I did notice that xp gain for kills is 10%. I'll check again for crafting and harvesting just to make sure.
