Asking for a friend.....is NEPA going to be in the new Combopack?

Ah, no wonder I couldn't find it in a city! lol Thanks to all prefabbers who shared their work with us.

I finally had a chance to spend some serious time with CP 48. I'm still hoping to see if I can find my favourite prefab NEPA in a city, haven't seen it yet. The amount of work you had to have done with all this is mind-blowing. A few times I've been gawking at all the new stuff and I find myself getting swarmed by the Z's. A truly magnificent mod! I added the new NPC Survivor pack by DarkstarDragon and played for a bit. While scavenging a gun store I noticed somebody outside walk by the window, the door opened and BLAM! I was dead! 😁

These are the NEPA files I used

I've tried numerous times to load the NEPA POI, and it never shows up in the game. Also, the Woodbury POI. I use the Open POI Teleporter and it doesn't find it. Here is the load details. Any help is appreciated.

I downloaded the zip and can't find the 'Delmod Startup Packs - New Startup Packs' in there. I even cleaned off my glasses and had another look.

I'm always on the lookout for the NEPA prefab and I can't find it in a city so I copied, changed and added two lines to the prefab list: Original line: xcostum_nepa_base(by_Eihwaz),Commercial;Industrial;ResidentialNew;ResidentialOld,0,-2,26,20,25,alone;mountain Changed and addd: xcostum_nepa_base(by_Eihwaz),Commercial;Industrial;ResidentialNew;ResidentialOld,0,-2,26,20,25,alone;citycenter;downtown xcostum_nepa_base(by_Eihwaz),Commercial;Industrial;ResidentialNew;ResidentialOld,0,-2,26,20,25,alone;citycenter I still can't find the NEPA prefab in or near an entire single tiny city map. My expertise is limited to copy, change and paste. I'm probably doing something wrong ... lol

Would it be possible to have a flat map generated with the top, bottom and sides be mountains?
