I'm talking about the Construction Tools skill, it does not rise even a bit but I will check a stone hammer that Phillios told me about... Dunno what to say, it's just stuck @ 1... hitting stone underground just to help grind construction tools up. Oh, I will check and hopefully will work, thanks alot for the advice!!!
