  1. For sure, when I ran this game back in the day it wouldn't be uncommon to get a dozen hackers a day in your server flying around in God mode and just causing absolute havoc on the server and all of it's players. Luckily, we now have EAC and server managers to help prevent those issues but from what @giKoNis saying it's not enough as there are ways to bypass these issues.
  2. I also agree there needs to be a better system in place to stop those that want to ruin fun for the 7 Days to Die players out there. There are a lot of players that enjoy the online experience of the game. People like this ruin it for everyone else and cause servers to shutdown public access through whitelist only, passwords ect. This causes the player base to have a harder time joining a public server and a lot of times, losing interest in the game all together. I remember when I first started playing this game back in 2013, I shutdown my server due to the overwhelming amount of hackers that would join at any given time. It was too much to handle. Now I use EAC and Botman to protect my server but it sounds like even that isn't enough against people that really want to ruin it for everyone. If you guys need my assistance in anyway, don't be shy to reach out. I'm no where near as smart as the others in this thread when it comes to coding ect but I am willing to help out in other ways if need be.
  3. Robeloto, Thanks a lot for the hard work! Zombies look cool! Unfortunately there are multiple errors on my test server at the moment, I attached player logs here to show you: output_log__2020-08-24__23-25-02.txt
  4. What I am about to say is definitely with all due respect but do the Fun Pimps actually care about their own EULA? SERVER DONATIONSAnyone who has purchased or has received a gift or press release copy of the game has permission to receive server donations from players. Server owners MAY NOT charge hard currency (tangible money such as cash, credit, bitcoin, etc. that has monetary value) for soft currency (in game currency that has no monetary value) or in game items. Server owners MAY allow priority access to players that make a donation. I don't really know of too many popular servers out there right now that aren't in direct breach of this EULA. Most popular servers out there are breaching this every day, giving in game items or virtual currency for real life money seems to be common practice. Seems like it's not a rule taken very seriously by the Fun Pimps. I will likely not get a response from the Fun Pimps, but it would be nice to hear what they think? Maybe it's too tough to deal with? Because, I mean, it almost seems like it would be better to remove this rule if it's not going to be enforced in my eyes. That way the rule followers will now be on an even playing field with those that do what ever they want and get away with it. Right now the rule followers miss out on various donations as this rule is in effect, meanwhile, those that do what ever they want get the extra donations towards their community. Even though I get asked at least 3-4 times monthly to break these rules, I don't, because I play by the rules, even if this rule is not enforced at all. I also educate those asking me for virtual currency and in game items, showing them the EULA directly on my Discord. If you need a list of those communities breaching the EULA, you can easily visit https://7daystodie-servers.com/, they're not hard to find. Thanks for listening.
  5. Hello everyone! I know about the bug reporting, however, I use mods so I don't think the devs will care about my problems. I am wondering though if anyone else is experiencing my issue. My players have been reporting zombies standing still during bloodmoons and not actually doing anything. I am using a Custom Nitro map, I am also using a few mods but nothing crazy. This all started after updating to the new Experimental Alpha 19 update that came out a few days ago. I have attached the dedicated server logs for your reference, but the errors I am seeing are as follows: 2020-07-27T05:21:58 256.968 INF AIDirector: ERROR horde spawn off edge of valid space, aborting spawn. 2020-07-27T05:21:58 256.968 INF AIDirector: Scout spawning failed Dedicated server specs: OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core Processor (cores: 32) RAM: 32698 MB 250GB NVME I also get several random EAC errors that I believe everyone gets because I have been getting them since Alpha 19 came out. Any help is very much appreciated. I know I am using MODS, but lets face it the game needs mods! Thanks! output_log_dedi__2020-07-27__05-17-39.txt
  6. King is that client side or server side? If it's client side, you need to put the prefabs inside your client side 7 Days to Die prefab folder. If you don't install the prefabs client side as well as server side, those errors occur. If it's server side, you put the prefabs inside the wrong folder. Both client and server side, prefabs can be found under "Data" in your 7 Days to Die folder.
  7. I want to start off by saying awesome work! Secondly, I have been using your custom zombies and they're awesome. Only issue I have found is when you try to summon the juggernaut using the qc_killjuggernaut quest I get a console error and it spawns a horde instead. See attached image. Edit: I menat to post this in your custom zombies section..... my bad. Keep up the awesome work friend!
  8. Will do, monitoring the server now! Let me know if I have to open up a new thread Sylen, but what causes player profiles to become corrupt, i.e.: You try to join the game and it remains stuck in "Creating Player" for hours? What is the solution and how do you prevent this? Thank you
  9. This is very helpful feedback, I appreciate it! @Sylen, to answer your causes: I haven't overloaded my server yet with 40. It's currently setup as 32 public slots, 8 reserved slots; I have enabled that feature on Botman, thank you! The server is a dedicated server out of a data center in LA and it runs on a 512 GB Primary SSD / NVMe Drive; and For sure, running some tests Sylen, if I find my server can't handle it I will reduce slots, I appreciate it!

  11. Any idea what this means, or how to fix it? The server isn't crashing or anything but this spams multiple times: SocketException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Send (System.Byte[] buffer, System.Int32 offset, System.Int32 size, System.Net.Sockets.SocketFlags socketFlags) [0x00016] in <c9226b2f33b7421e85bb391f94075e49>:0 at System.Net.Sockets.NetworkStream.Write (System.Byte[] buffer, System.Int32 offset, System.Int32 size) [0x0009b] in <c9226b2f33b7421e85bb391f94075e49>:0 Rethrow as IOException: Unable to write data to the transport connection: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. . at System.Net.Sockets.NetworkStream.Write (System.Byte[] buffer, System.Int32 offset, System.Int32 size) [0x000e2] in <c9226b2f33b7421e85bb391f94075e49>:0 at System.IO.Stream.WriteByte (System.Byte value) [0x0000b] in <1f0c1ef1ad524c38bbc5536809c46b48>:0 at TelnetConnection.HandlerThread (ThreadManager+ThreadInfo _tInfo) [0x001a2] in <f9ab98ad7e8240f9bef6c6434814ba69>:0 I'm running an AMD Ryzon Dedicated server.
  12. Hey Damocles, my server's CPU is through the roof at the moment. Every hour the CPU causes the server to get stopped. I believe the map might be causing this. I get messages in the F1 console that read: ERR prefab loading failed, prefab loading 'prefab name here' does not exist.

  14. Hey guys, I've been looking all over the place for how to do this? I don't want to add a mod, I'd rather just make the adjustment myself. Any idea how to make the adjustment? If possible, I'd like dynamite to do 0 block damage, same as rockets and such.
