afaik this poi is not on the questable list, also does not have quest loot.

This is because you cannot reach thru 'window store one sided empty' frame they are using as a deco border. ( @schwanz9000 - same as the quest bag in the bathroom shower, cant loot bag, but can walk thru)

There are no tags in progression.xml for the DemoPerk for either item. Looking at the same items in the items.xml reveal no tags for the DemoPerk.

same for (1523) Metal Catwalk Corner, no collision on the rail part off the corner, collision only on the deck portion.

ALL these mods can be installed into the Cosmetic slot but do no affect its stats. These can also be placed into the Nailgun cosmetic slot. These mods cannot be placed in the ratchet cosmetic slot cause it has regular mod slots to place them in. -
(1503) Crude Wood Railing Corner upgrades to (1533) Thin Metal Railing Corner. The default placement rotation is off by 1 clockwise.

Incomplete. just looking at prefabs in the level editor does not mean there is a bug, should use playtest feature. When I tried to playtest this prefab threw up a Nuls and loading stopped. alt-f4 crashed the game and would not close the game at all, win10 keep the game open but with 0% cpu usage, and [roughy] 1400mb memory. output_log__2020-05-31__11-51-25.txt -
Does this for all zombies when hold melee weapon with BS mod installed. Shotgun turret and SMG turret also apply burning if burning mod installed. Known Issue

Suggestion: when shooting them, let the gunshots disable the dynamite and pipe bombs forcing players to scrap the remains into either paper or scrap iron. -
