The user is not launching the game from the steam folder, so verifying files will not work. Try launching from Steam after verifying.

@BennytI think playing on public servers is the best suggestion. No need for personal growth, and solves the issue of cheating. There are thousands of public servers; I'm sure that you can find one that you enjoy playing on.

Removing them has fixed other player's network issues. It's troubleshooting. You can put them back after you've determined if they are the problem. Lightingservice and other RGB software is known to trigger EAC and even anti-virus software because it has low level access to your motherboard. NZXT Cam has had crashing, freezing, etc. issues since it's inception. It's always been very buggy. VPN software is known to cause problems with MP in this game. ROG Live is yet another low level lighting app that can cause issues, and especially when you're running two different lighting apps.

Try removing all of the Asus apps. Also remove whatever app is starting lightingservice.exe. And NZXT Cam See if your vpn allows split tunnelling, and if so, allow 7 days to die to bypass your vpn. And remove ROG live service.

My 1000 year old quad xeon idles at 20 fps with no one on. 35-40 fps with 1-5 players on, and 15-20 fps during a horde night.

There are 2 errors I see. First the litenetlib connection fails, which is a port problem on the server. And second, your player profile is corrupted on the server and will have to be deleted by the server owner for you to connect again. You'll be reset to level 1, but the server admin can give you back your levels with givexp command, and can give you your inventory back from the creative menu.

I checked the first few logs and didn't see an error. It would be helpful if you would start the game, do what you need to do to get the error, then stop the game. Then post only that log so we don't have to read through so many logs looking for the issue.

Ask the entity you are renting from to make you an admin. Then you can press "F1" and type "cm" to open the creative menu.

From the creative menu look for "Basic Survival Quest Note". Grab one and give it to the player missing the opening quests. When they read it they will have the day 1 quests.

Your log shows your video driver is very out of date. Install the latest from nvidia.com. You have the minimum of ram (8GB) so don't run any other apps while running the game. Your player profile might be corrupted. (not sure) You can clean that using the Launcher/Tools/Clean menu. You're using A20.3; why? 20.6 is the current stable version.

Your version, A20 (b238) is six stable releases behind. First, update to the latest version. (A20.6) Also, you have a world/save from a previous Alpha, which won't work and needs to be deleted. You can delete old saves & worlds using the Launcher/Tools/Clean game data menu. Your character profile is also either messed up or from an older alpha. Delete that using the Launcher as well.

There are a number of wandering hordes and screamer hordes spawning in your log. Some of the wandering horde spawns fail because they can't find you. As a guess I'd say that could happen if you are deep underground at the time. Some of them despawn as they are never discovered. This could happen if you're driving and don't see them. Do you mean that poi's no longer have zombies in them?
