  1. When looking in that Mods folder you should see a directory called Ana_Vehicle_Respawner. If you aren't seeing that then that would be the issue. When extracting the file from GitHub it makes a zip named 7D2D-Vehicle-Respawner-A21-main. So when you exact that with windows it can put that as the top folder and it not the one you want to be top folder. You just need to go into that folder and copy over or upload the folder Ana_Vehicle_Respawner (and all the files included in that folder).
  2. Not stupid at all. I try and write all my mods so that they push from the server and don’t have to be downloaded by client. I ran public servers for years and know the headache of asking people to download something. Only time this needs to be downloaded to the client is if you want to use it in solo games.
  3. An over abundance of something is not bad. That is the number one way to get stuff to trade/sell in games.
  4. I don’t like the dew catchers as is and hope to see some changes to them. You need too many and they take up way too much room. I wish this change had never been been made to the game. Thankfully there is modding. Too bad it it has to be solved that way but maybe we’ll see some cool mods that will fix the issue.
  5. I didn’t keep tons of cloth. I sold extra stacks to the traders. I think this change doesn’t really anything good to the game.
  6. I have not had that problem at all with the mod. Never had anyone else tell me that it causes such an issue. Could be something else going on. It uses the same class as growing plants. Do farms cause you problems?
  7. I don't think you have it right. I have heard nothing about a problem with the mod you are talking about. Maybe you are confusing the mod name to the author of the MM mod since they are similar?
  8. I have never been able to serverconfig.xml file in the 7 Days to Die folder to change the settings for solo game.
  9. No time to grab that spare as the zombies come running for you.
  10. A21 Vehicle respawning. https://github.com/Anabella00geek/7D2D-Vehicle-Respawner-A21/ Respawns vehicles in the game. Has the new vehicles added to A21. Down grades vehicles to one of the wheels with rim laying on ground so that you can tell it is not a normal tire to chop. I also used metal material so that it takes a few more hits to destroy it. Destroying will stop the vehicle respawning for anyone wanting to build where the vehicles are or clear the road. Also works with 21.1
  11. There should also be a VOD on Prime’s Twitch that you can watch. Of course then you will miss out on the creative interpretations of the web blabbermouths.
  12. A20 Vehicle respawning. https://github.com/Anabella00geek/7D2D-Vehicle-Respawner-A20 Respawns vehicles in the game. 13. Then they need to find ones that don't do that. I make sure that all my modded games are that way. I don't want them running an auto update for two reasons. One the mod might not be ready (or I have to make special changes to config files) and two it might be a change that has issues/bugs that would stop me from playing. Sure have had enough of the latter happen with games like Ark.
  14. Someone installing a mod should have it in another directory. If they are smart enough to manual install they should install in that way themselves. If the use the mod launcher that sphereii made it will do that for them. That way they don't get a download that breaks their game. So this is not an issue if they do it the correct way. Does not sound like these servers are modding friendly if they auto update and should be avoided for this reason. For the client side of it (as I said to another post) if a mod is installed right it should be done in a different directory. Then it would not get an update automatically and they could update once the modder has released a tested update. We don't have steam workshop yet so there is not reason for them to install mods directly to their steam installed 7 days.
  15. I am not having it on the second game I started with it. I started over after dying a few times and having such a bad start in game. But it was happening with my first SP one I did. So if Dwall didn't fix it the it is something that doesn't happen each time.
  16. Checking out 5.3 SP and found that ESC no longer pauses the game. Hate having to exit the game every time I need to do something outside of it. Is this something that will be fixed?
  17. Hey Dwall, not sure anyone has pointed it out yet but the Quest "Dog Killer Master" is broken. The quest has the id zombiedogs when it should be animalZombieDog. Great mod. I am enjoying playing and streaming it. Thanks so much for all the work you did on this.
  18. It's not working on mine (SP game) and I just put it down today. It is in a dug out area covered with iron bars to keep zombies from breaking it.
  19. It really looks out of place with the other models of things that go into the survivor's kitchen. I have to agree with the people say it is an eye sore.
  20. I was told I should come on here and voice some of the issues that are making starvation not as fun for me as it was in a15. And to the point that I am not wanting to play it like I did then. There are so many things I do love about this mod and I hadn't came and voiced these others things as I didn't want to seem negative to people that are working so hard on a mod. So lets get down to business. 1. The flys - too often, too loud, too long of a buff. Was very cool the first time and then after that super annoying. As a streamer that sound isn't something I want my viewers having to deal with much either. I think the bees being added was enough buzzing. If they are kept maybe drop the sound some, make it way more rare, and reduce the length, and add some bug spray to keep it from happening at all. Something craftable or lootable in the first week of play. 2. Stealth/Sneaking. Seeming nearly impossible to keep from being found by the zombies in the day time. Plus zeds are seeing me from way too far away. Feels this needs drop just a tad. I have not been out at night to see how that is working. 3. Nearly run speed zombies. With all the other stuff in game that can kill you adding that too is just over kill, especially since it seems you can't seem to avoid the zeds as stated above. 4. Hills and this might be just the map I got with the seed Starvation but really having a hard time finding a decent flat spot to build. I like to build outside of a town and not right in it. But again this just might have been my seed. 5. Lastly. Pack space. Way too much added in this mod to be able to enjoy looting/game-play with the size pack that it has. I know there has been talk of maybe a 10ish more slots. That would help but in all honesty the best thing I think could happen would be choices in the launcher for a small (current size), medium and large packs. Choices like that are a good thing and tend to make way more people happy. Lastly I would like to say thank you to all the modders working on this mod. I know you guys put in a lot of your time and love into this.
  21. Thanks for the update Spider. I do have a question. Are steak knifes suppose to take such a hit on quality when repaired? Went from 124 to 7. My tools don't seem to take that bad of a hit. You can sharpen knifes a lot before they wear out that much in RL. Think maybe it is something over looked and needed fixed so I am asking.
  22. I am using the launcher and the tractor is still giving the error. I just deleted and reinstalled it to make sure it grabbed the latest files and still a no go.
  23. Cool though I just now blew another one up by using the screw driver on it. Hopefully that fixes that too. Cause it isn't so much fun.
  24. I had pulled the wrench out creative to get rid of the tractor. Didn't want to forget and then try looting it again. Didn't know that about the screw driver, actually had one and had not been using it. I will try reinstalling and see if I still have the issue. Was the second tractor to do that to me. Do you have issues with that lockpick gun. That one is so bad I had to close the game and reload. Finally got it tossed out of my bag with a quick drag and drop action. Still think vomiting zeds need left out of the wandering hordes at least till later in the game. Just too much to deal with at the start. I think I was at default settings so I will try turning them down and doing super long days.
