Location: outskirts of city’s or on roads headed to city’s l i feel like it would be nice to see train tracks around random places in the world. If you follow them you could find trains train carts and train stations. On the carts you can find coal nitrate iron and lead. There could be 1 to 10 carts with random loot or even zombies. And hey you could make carts that have 1 to 3 very deadly zombies or with good loot it opens up great possibilities for a 50%50% chance for great resources but it may have great horror waiting inside. But it could take a while to find a train track/station. In a world as you could have only 1 to 2 (or more) separate tracks in a world.
