You can try it, but I don't think that will work. I see where you're going with it though. You're evil, but I like it! Players on my server would "love" this. I might have to see about making this work on my version. MWHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

    You can setup a custom chat command to do that. Set "CustomCommands" Enable="True" in ServerToolsConfig.xml The server will create CustomChatCommands.xml Use the following as an example: <Command Command="hubcity" Response="tele {EntityId} 1000 -1 1000" DelayBetweenUses="60" /> Use /hubcity in the chat window to teleport to 1000N/1000E

    I'm doing a clean install of both the Client and Server to test with A15 B83. I'll keep you posted. Awesome! I thought I was going to have to do all that once A15 went stable.

  7. Hi Alloc! I just wanted to let you know I'm still getting zombies way out in the radiation zone. As you can see from the picture below, that I've switched my server over to play on Navezgane while waiting for A15. There is a snow zombie way out at 3464 N 2744 E, but the farthest snow zombie spawn in the log is 1856 N 1813 E. Even if he spawned there, he should have died in the radiation zone walking north. Also, during the picture below, there were 0 players online. Your thoughts?

    <Message id="1" Message="[FF0000]WARNING: [-][00FF00]Minibikes are fun![-]" /> This would be WARNING: Minibikes are fun! Color tags are RGB hex values inside brackets [RRGGBB] and a closing bracket [-]. RGB Hex values can be found using a website like http://www.colorpicker.com/

    I answered this same question for you in Alloc's thread here.
  10. #1 Permission may not be low enough. Try using 2000. Also make sure the players are formatting the tele command correctly. If Bob wants to tele to Joe. Bob needs to type tele Bob Joe. #2 North and East are positive numbers. South and West are negative numbers. tele coords are x, y, z x = + East or - West y = height from bedrock but not the "elevation" in game. -1 puts you on the top most block z = + North or - South So to teleport to a North West quadrant you would use -1000 -1 1000 Remember that Custom Chat Commands are only part of dmustanger's ServerTools and not Alloc's Server Fixes Hope this helps.

    servertoolsconfig.xml is created in the LoadConfig.cs You need to add a line to the UpdateConfig method in LoadConfig.cs. Yes. The .sln is the project AKA solution. Build - Build ServerTools will make the .dll. The new .dll is located in the (your folder)ServerTools\obj\Debug or (your folder)ServerTools\obj\Release depending on the Solution Configurations. Give and Give XP are part of Alloc's Server Fixes. RconcreteBlock is not a default invalid item. Look at InvalidItems.xml for a list of items or add the items you want. You can set custom commands to teleport to your friends bases if that helps. dmustanger - I hope you don't mind me answering all these questions for you.

  13. Here ya go Alloc. I've got two zombies that are out in the radiation zone, but they do not show up with the list entities command. The coords for the worst one is roughly 6700S 9100E. After getting the screenshots, I did a killall command. She was removed, but the killall command still reports back about 30 zombies and/or their corpses. Link to log file.
  14. Someone finally visited that area and now she's gone. I have no one on the map right now, yet there are 19 Hostiles spread out all over the place. I thought they were supposed to despawn if no one is online. Is that still true?
  15. I see this a lot on my server too. From what I can tell, it is usually a car that someone started to disassemble. We had one near our community base that would spam the log every time someone walked passed it. If I notice one of these cars in the log, I'll tp over and blow it up with a rocket to prevent the log spam.

    Govic, I looked into the code you posted and found a few things that needed to be fixed. Here is a link to my version of the shutdown timer function added to ServerTools 3.2 compiled and ready to go. https://github.com/schwanz9000/ServerTools3.2withShutdownTimer/releases This will check admin permissions which must be level 0 for the /shutdown command to start. Once started, it will start a 10 minute timer counting off each minute and then the last 30, 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, seconds. NOTE TO ALL: If you have a rented Blue Fang Solutions dedicated server, they already have a server side script that automatically restarts the server. If you want to stop the server for a period of time, you must use their dashboard stop button. These files are written and compiled in Microsoft Visual Studio. You can get a free fully functional version for private use here.

    Oh yeah! Duh! I guess you wouldn't want to give everyone on the server the ability to shutdown the server via chat. You could add code to check admin permission. Examples are in the AdminChatCommands section. LoadConfig.cs reads the ServerToolsConfig.xml. You'll need to add the Enabled lines to be able to turn it on and off. Sorry, but I'm not sure how to add it as a console command. Automated how? Like every 24 hours or something?
  18. Hi Alloc, Was wondering if you could shed some light on a little quirk we're having. I thought that once all the players left the server, time stopped and all entities were despawned. For some strange reason there are several persistent zeds that will not go away. "Sometimes" the killall command won't get rid of them. I'll do the killall to kill them and then hit it again to get rid of the bodies. If I hit it a third time, those "phantom" Zombies I just killed may or may not be on the map, but they are listed in the killall return text even when the le command says nothing. If I do the le command, the highlighted zombieArlene in the picture below is not in the list. She shouldn't even be there since that chunk has never been loaded. They even come back after a reboot. Log file via PM if requested.

    I wouldn't recommend running both at the same time due to potential conflicts, but you can download a copy of the source code from dmustanger's github and rename /home fairly easily if you'd like. Look in Hook.cs. In CBSM, can't you just setup a zGate for multiple "homes"?
  20. schwanz9000

    Server Tools

    I have not tested this, but you'll need to add an if statement somewhere under the if starts with "/" section in Hook.cs Example: if (_message == "StartShutdown") //This will be your chat forward slash command name. { if (ShutDownWorld.IsEnabled)
{

ShutDownWorld.Start;

}
else
{

_cInfo.SendPackage(new NetPackageGameMessage(EnumGameMessages.Chat, string.Format("{0}Shutdown is not enabled.[-]", CustomCommands.ChatColor), "Server", false, "", false));

}

return false;
} You'll also need to add the IsEnabled code to LoadConfig.cs I might be missing something, but that should get you started down the rabbit hole.

    You're welcome! I think you can do almost any console command available, but that would give everyone on the server a /command to do said command. Say, Kick, and Tele are the only ones I use. This is from the /day7 command. It's just a test string printed so dmustanger can see entities that are not known by his mod. This is also a way to handle the unknown and keep errors from popping up. Basically, if it's a listed known entity, count it. If not, print to log.

    With the mod installed in the Mod folder and the server running, go to /saves/ServerTools and enable custom commands in the ServerToolsConfig.xml. Then you can setup the commands in CustomChatCommands.xml to teleport to x,y,z. Once setup, you can use /whateveryourcommandis. Use -1 as the Y coord so you don't fall through the world. It will place you on the top most block. For that, I either make a platform/area just for the landing or an air shaft with a wall and spikes at the surface to land in underground establishments. Basically don't have any blocks above wherever you want to land. You can setup as many of these as you'd like and can set a timer for how long between ports. Example: <Command Command="arena" Response="tele {EntityId} 1000 -1 1000" /> As far as zgates and a coin system, there isn't anything for that.

    I think he's asking if dumustanger could add a command that does a count down warning in chat and then shuts down or restarts the server. It used to be a feature in FRT Server Manager. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 60 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 50 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 40 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 30 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 20 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 10 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 09 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 08 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 07 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 06 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 05 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 04 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 03 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 02 seconds. SERVER: WARNING: The server is restarting in 01 second.
  24. So just add a new js file with code like this? var myfunction = function() { $.getJSON( "../api/executeconsolecommand?llp") <-- Format??? .done(function(data) { //do things with returned data here })
