Bug Description: When using a treasure map at a POI in the southeastern corner of the world, the generated dig site is outside of the area I am able to reach without dying from radiation.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Use treasure map item within a certain distance of the radiation boundary, dependent on some RNG for which direction it's placed in.
I have not attempted to reproduce the bug.
Actual result: Using treasure map generates treasure location in unreachable area
Expected result: Using treasure map results in treasure location being reachable
