  1. I spoke to a Microsoft rep and received a refund their policy also states that if a game is unplayable and no longer supported you are entitled to a refund. Seeing as TFP had the rights to the console edition now and has left it for sale still on the store and is a unplayable game it does fall to being their fault as they could have pulled it off the shelf till they were ready to support it again. Not once did I accuse TFP of anything I only reported what I was able to do and stated that with out support (which they have stated is not going to happen with this version) consumers on Xbox are entitled to a refund of a non playable game

If you are currently using a console edition of 7 Days to die on Xbox contact Xbox doesn't matter how long ago you purchase the game get your money back because obviously they don't care about console players at this time I am getting a refund from me purchasing the game over 5 years ago don't tell them that the game is unplayable and has poor performance due to constant crashes and lack of support from developer for the console edition Also after doing this going to purchase the game on your phone through the Microsoft store and report it for the same reasons so the game gets removed off of the Microsoft store and is no longer purchasable so other people do not have the same issue.
