How do i disable UNET networking on the Microsoft store version of 7dtd?

You can disable UNET networking on the steam version of 7dtd from the start up launcher menu but the option isn't there to disable it on the Microsoft version?

My game randomly stops responding when playing and I believe its to do with 7 days to die making me use DirectX 11 when my system uses DirectX 10. I know how to fore DirectX 11 on the steam edition of 7 days to die but unsure about the pc Microsoft store version?
