I have attempted the cleaning and the verifications that did not work, i also tried another fresh install with verifications and it still wont work.

Every time i try to start a new game, continue a game, or join a game i get the error XMLException: Root Element is Missing. I have tried all of the usual methods of fixing this including reinstalling the game, verifying files, erasing all saved data and nothing has seemed to work. Any ideas as to how to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
