Bad By My Self

Just downloaded the game from xbox game pass PC. Got this error message thought it was my antivirus but I allowed the game to run pass the antivirus and tried every other searched solution. I uninstalled the game thinking it was a bad download and still got the same message...I even went as far as to run the game as admin. Really looking forward to playing this with my family, please let me know of any possible solution.
