just uploaded the mod and they still are not working

have got no purple elite citizen cards at all and spawning in the bike or the cards makes a exception error didnt get a screen shot of it

yes we have made it to tier 5 and have a done a few dozen of them still nothing also when we went ahead and spawned in the purple papers and turned them in or we spawned the bike in it caused red line exception error

Tier 5 : Kill 1000 Zombies. This is the Elite level of citizenship. This is started as a Tier 5 Trader quest. Reward: +White River Elite Citizenship Card- this quest is not showing up at all on any of the traders
