Buffs are failing to remove from Entities on death. AKA ignoring the "remove_on_death" parameter and changing the default from "true" to "false", presumably. Test and confirm using the Molotov Cocktail. This can result in lingering Particles unless an "onSelfDied RemoveParticleEffectFromEntity" trigger is present.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Kill Zombie using Molotov Cocktail.
2) Ensure zombie died while Molotov Cocktail active.
3) Observe present Buffs on dead zombie via inspector: "buffBurningMolotov" & "buffIsOnFire".
Buffs that should be removed on death are ignoring the default (remove_on_death=true) parameter. This is resulting in ALL Buffs, by default, remaining on Entities after they are killed.
Buffs are removed from Entities on Death, by default, unless the parameter (remove_on_death=false) is present.
