Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Give yourself 3 rifles
2. Put a 8x, 4x, and 2x scope mod into each respective rifle
3. Equip rifle with 8x mod and hold right click to zoom
4. Use mouse up/down wheel, observe scope zooms in/out
5. Equip rifle with 4x mod and hold right click to zoom
6. Use mouse up/down wheel, observe scope zooms in/out
7. Equip rifle with 2x mod and hold right click to zoom
8. Use mouse up/down wheel
Actual result: 2x scope mod does not zoom in/out
