Empty Untouched Loot

Wish I could edit this but to answer the specifics:

GPU Model and VRAM: (nVidia GTX 1060 4 GB / AMD RX 580 8 GB / etc): EVGA GTX 1070

Screen Resolution: (width and height): 1920x1080

Video Settings: (Low / Medium / High / Ultra / Custom: High

Game mode: (MP host / MP client / SP / Client on dedi, RWG or NAV): Client on a dedicated server.

 

Did you wipe old saves? (Yes/No): Yes

Did you start a new game? (Yes/No): Yes

Did you validate your files? (Yes/No): Yes

Are you using any mods? (Yes/No): No

EAC on or off?: On

 

Status: NEW

 

Bug Description: Untouched Loot is empty.

 

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

 

1) I am unsure the specifics but I have listed the current conditions of my game in the opening post.

2) Loot some searchable objects (Untouched).

3) Get nothing sometimes.

 

Actual result: (description of what is occurring) Finding empty loot sometimes.

 

Expected result: (what you expect to occur) I was expecting to get some loot every time.

What containers are empty? Somehow didn't see the first post until now.
What are your loot settings in the serverconfig.xml?

Also need to see an output log from you and the server to make sure there isn't anything else going on when this happens.

Moving this around, a log file like Schwanz asked for would help, but my conjecture is it's due to loot settings as well.
