Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to a RWG tile that has a bus stop (rwg_tile_commercial_intersection or rwg_tile_downtown_corner)
2) Locate bus stop
3) Go behind the bus stop and look at the wall
Actual result: The posters are backwards
Expected result: Posters not backwards
