Summary: I am unable to empty the bucket of water. It seems to only happen if something changed with the toolbelt (i.e. you put something new on it)

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Have an empty bucket
2) Fill it with water
3) Empty the bucket
4) Fill it with water again
5) Move something else into your toolbelt (ex: another empty bucket into slot 2)
6) Attempt to empty the bucket from step 4
Actual result: It will not place down the water no matter how many times you right click. I have to make a new bucket in order to fix it.
