Quest trigger for "The Owens Residence" resets "The Navezgane Creamery" at the same time

Summary: When getting a quest from a trader to clear out "The Owens Residence" POI, triggering the rally point also reset the "Navezgane Creamery" south of that same POI.

Bug Description:

Quest received from Trader Joel located at 562 W 491 N

Quest was to clear out "The Owens Residence" at 541 E 209 N

I chose this quest because my base was currently in the "Navezgane Creamery" at 540 E 173 N. I had a bedroll placed down but no land claim block

Triggering the rally point quest marker at the Owens Residence reset the Navezgane Creamery POI at the same time as itself.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Place bedroll and chest in navezgane creamery

2) obtain quest to clear out zombies from owens residence

3) trigger quest marker at owens residence

Actual result: Notification "Your bedroll is gone" is received and Navezgane Creamery is reset. All chests placed in the POI disappear

Expected result: Navezgane Creamery does not reset when Owens Residence rally point is triggered.

Further Notes:

I am aware that placing a claim block might have prevented the loss of items, but I can't be sure as it's not a fun bug to reproduce after losing all my base and items. I was early game though, no big loss, I'll reset anyway. I was told the bedroll should protect a POI from being targeted by quests, which can be true, except that the target of the quest was the owens residence, not the POI I had my bedroll in anyway.
