Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to prison_02
2) Kill all the zombies in the main room
3) Slowly approach bathroom door and open it
4) Observe no zombie
5) Walk towards bathroom
Actual result: Zombies suddenly spawn in

Expected result: Zombies should have been visible when the player opened the door
