Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Have a bucket of water with you equipped on toolbelt and selected
2) Go to a trader POI (Ex: trader Jen)
3) Right click to place water down
Actual result: Player dumps water inside trader POI

Expected result: I don't think they should be allowed to do this, as I can see the potential for trolls on multiplayer servers attempting to flood the place with water
