Bug Description: Agility Parkour is Asking for Level 3 (again) to increase Parkour Level. As you can see on the picture you can notice the Agility Level is 4 wich the Parkour Level should ask for Level 5 to increase instead.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go on Spanish Language
2) Open Perks Menu
3) Go on Agility and check the Level 2 and 3 of Parkour
Actual result: Parkour is asking for Level 3 of Agility when it should be Level 5 instead
Expected result: Level 3 should ask for Agility Level 5
