    Bug Description:

    Any attempt to generate a map with Towns - None results in an exception error and the map generation hangs

     

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Advanced Generation any configuration with "Towns > None"

     

    Actual result: (description of what is occurring)

    Error Pops up during generating highways and then halts there. Longest wait test was 15 minutes which is excessive for a map with almost no POIs.

    So i noticed in the log that it calls to a mod folder in the C Drive, I didnt know a mod folder existed there i did a full uninstall reinstall of 7 days for the new alpha and didnt know about that. I wiped the Teragon files and tried again and it still errors

    This issue is known,  and there is already an internal ticket for it.  Please wait for a fix.
