Summary: Same as title, the alarms on police cars still trigger enemies spawning even with enemy spawning disabled. Unsure if it's a bug but it doesn't match the setting I chose which seems like it should be counted.

Bug Description: When playing in a world with Enemy Spawning disabled, triggering the alarm of a Police Car by smashing it still spawns a group of enemies. (In this case it was 2 spiders, a feral nurse, feral wight and police zombie)
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Start or load a world with enemy spawning disabled
2) Locate a police car
3) Smash police car until the first lock breaks and triggers the alarm
Actual result: Alarm rings, zombies spawn and attack, which doesn't match the "No spawning" setting.
Expected result: Alarm to ring, no enemies spawn, which would match the "No Spawning" setting.
