Origin ray fail

Thank you for reporting. 

This can happen when the drone is stuck somewhere,  and is unable to follow the player. 

 

If you can find the drone,  please pick it up once and deploy it again.  

 

If you can't find the drone,  and you have no idea where you may have got it stuck at,  please delete the drones.dat and drones.dat.bak files in your save game folder.  This will fix the error,  but you will lose your drone and everything you had in the drone's inventory.

 

This issue is known and is being worked on.  Hopefully we will get a fix for it soon.
