    Bug Description:

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
    1) Set game setting's "Player Killing" to "No Killing"
    2) Start game
    3) Find a POI with the new environmental fire hazard

    4) Walk into fire

    Actual result: Player takes no damage

    Haven't tried in A21, but in A20 hitting a working vending machine and eating glass also did no damage when set to 'no killing'. Same with twitch integration's antileech action

    Thank you for reporting.

    This issue is known,  and there's already an internal ticket for it.  I left a comment saying that it's still valid,  so lets hope it gets fixed soon.
