Summary: I was clearing the Perishton Tunnel from the south to the north to make a nice flat road so that my truck, motorcycle, scooter, or just me could travel with ease to get through the evil snow capped mountains. I was clearing the stones with an iron pick axe the good old fashioned way. I came across two bugs that did not disappear upon exiting and restarting.
1) There are solid blocks that can't be hit with an iron pick axe, yet will block you from traveling through them. They can hang freely in air and not fall. You can stand on them and yet can't hit them or otherwise destroy them in any way that I have found in normal game play.
2) Portions of the road, when revield (i.e. the stone is destroyed) flicker violently between a concrete like texture and a stone texture. It only seems to happen in portions of the road that were cleared of stone, again with the iron pick axe. It is a visual issue and does not seem to impede the game in any way I have yet found, but I caught it in my screen shots while documenting item 1.

Bug Description: Can't mine / destroy stone blocks
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug: Take a pickaxe and start mining in tunnel described. Make your way to block -1755, 82, 1997. Mine all around it with pick and then try to mine it. You will note, you can't. Now try to walk through it. You will note, you can't. And if you mine all a round it, you will see if floating in mid air.
Actual result: See the above detailed steps
Expected result: I expect to be able to use items to destroy the block, i.e, a pick axe or some equivalent.
