Bug Description:

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1) go to steam , set launch to  "show game launcher"

2) get launch screen

3) go to "open settings" to change some settings

Actual result: (description of what is occurring)

NOTHING HAPPENDS

Expected result: (what you expect to occur)

Expected to be able to locate settings file or edit it...

there is not even an error message or a location printed.

WHERE is the settings file.
