Cant create 100% wasteland world

As the title suggest, I can't create 100% wasteland maps. I created one via RWG preview, then loaded it up and it was working. I then decided I wanted to try a 100% wasteland world without towns, so backed out and deleted my old world. I opened the RWG preview again and changed it to no towns, and the "few" for the rest of the settings. As well as lowering all different biomes to 0% and wasteland to 100%. I tweaked some other world settings, but no matter what size world I try I keep getting some sort of error in the log (down towards the bottom of the log I linked is what pops up) says something about argument out of range and cant be negative... I assume the issue has something to do with the world I deleted causing problems with making a new one that is also 100% wasteland. As I can make a regular world that is mixed biomes without any issues. Please help, I really don't want to have to do a clean reinstall if avoidable.
