Bug Description: I was exploring Water Tower #1 at night time. I walked around the exterior, hugging the walls of the water tower. The underwater audio started even though I wasn't in the water, I'm assuming because the tower is round and I technically was entering water blocks. However, the hollow/muffled audio quality got 'stuck' and I couldn't get it to stop. I tried going in/out of water, using different tools/weapons, fighting zombies, etc, but it continued. It continued when I was in the game menu - I went back to the main menu, and the effect STILL continued there. I rebooted the client and reloaded the game - still underwater sounding. I created a new game - STILL underwater in the new game, which shocked me. I restarted my computer - still underwater after. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling my sound card & drivers, still underwater.

I was able to resolve this - after trying all of the above fixes, I had again reloaded my main game and tried shooting my rifle, and suddenly the underwater effect ended. Not sure which of the above fixes refreshed/cleared it. I had been stabbing with my spear a few times right before the rifle shot and that didn't fix it.

I returned to the water tower to try and replicate the sound error, but I had broken the walls and emptied a lot of the water while I was trying to fix the audio glitch - I have been unable to replicate the glitch again. I can still make it so that when I walk close to the sides of the tower, the underwater sound starts, but it stops as it should when I move away.

I wouldn't have bothered reporting it at all if it hadn't carried over into every aspect of the game (main menu, new game, etc). Very strange.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Walk around the exterior of Water Tower #1 (water_tower_01) POI, until the underwater sound effect begins

    2) Move away from water tower, but effect continues

I took a screenshot of where glitch occurred, AFTER I fixed it:

I am struggling to find where the logs are on my computer - I can't find the %AppData%\7DaysToDie\logs but happy to share if you can help me pinpoint it.
