Whenever I go near this Town Hall POI in one of the cities in my world, the entire right half of the building will despawn, and the dev console will be automatically brought up with a message saying "EXC NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" followed by multiple lines of "Block on position 135X, 4, 1155 with name 'parkBenchA' should be a parent but is not! (1)." I tried verifying game files but that did not work. I don't have any mods installed either. This started happening when I activated a trader quest for the Town Hall.
