    I have had this issue (but am not aware of it's occurrence on other POI's. I have checked other texture, shadow, and LOD distances, but am not aware of anything to bring them back to normal function. I am running A20 on Vulkan (may be source of issue), and am on version b218. It appears through the log to be a memory leak, but I still wanted to report the issue.
